Challenge & Deliverables
The wellness industry is over-saturated with countless options for self-care. One of the major issues people face is finding an affordable way to develop a habit that improves their mental health.
The objective for this project was to design a mobile or web app that addresses a specific wellness-related need, utilizing the Quantitative Research and Design Process. Our task was to develop innovative solutions for a native app of our choosing, grounded in data-driven insights. Discover Insights
When we met with our client for the first time, we really got a sense of passion for the project. It comes from the heart and her desire to show up for her community shows. we saw the gap within the area for a need to for access to wellness. When we started diving into our research for this project, we noticed that despite a saturated market for an app, we knew we could create a suitable app for our client.
We noticed within our research that not only people in the industry but the local community itself really struggled with finding all local wellness events, and often felt as they missed out on opportunites because they couldn’t locate these events.
Concept Development
Starting in the ideation process we had a really clear view of not only what features we must have but the layout we envisioned seemed to match up, making this process fun and exciting.
Constructing the Roadmap
Our wellness app’s user flow is meticulously designed to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience. From the moment users open the app, they are greeted with a streamlined onboarding process that quickly familiarizes them with key features. Users can effortlessly navigate through the app using a clear, logical flow: starting from the home screen where they explore various wellness categories, to discovering and selecting events tailored to their interests.

When partner designed the logo itself she really wanted to encapsulate the community and where the community lives in.. mountains. Keeping it bright, bold, and vibrancy colors of wellness. I think that we really kept our branding on target and delivered.
